Closed: Model studio manager (Turku)December 14th, 2011  We are looking for an engineer or an industrial designer to manage our model studio in Turku.
Our model studio is the cornerstone of our design services, where we produce various types of models, prototypes and even small productions series. In addition to two CNC machines, the model studio is equipped with an extensive arsenal of tools, machines, and a paint shop. We use our self-developed methods in production, but also utilize the advantages of an extensive partner network.
As the manager of the model studio you will be responsible for coordinating model projects, and for development of product development methods and resources. You will work together with our clients in all phases of their product development projects – from the first concepts to production ramp-ups.
Our designers’ strengths include:
- Extensive knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Fluent solid modeling skills (ProE, Catia, Solidworks)
- Project management skills
- Good presentation skills
